Saved designs are archived in read-only mode for 90 days after cancellation. You can reactivate your subscription at any time during that window to regain full access. After 90 days, archived designs are permanently deleted — so download any files you need before your plan ends.

The Web Pack downloads a watermark-free PNG at 72 DPI — ideal for email, social media, and digital sharing. The Print Pack downloads PDF, PNG, and JPG at 300 DPI — designed for professional printing at home or at a print shop.

For best results, use Google Chrome on a desktop. Complete edits in one session and download only after finalizing your design.

Download the Print Pack PDF, then open it in your PDF viewer and print from there (not directly from the browser). In the print dialog: set Orientation to Landscape, set Color mode to Color (not Grayscale), and set Scale to Fit to Page. Yes — with an Issuer or Academy Pro subscription. A subscription lets you re-edit and re-issue the same template to unlimited recipients, changing the name, date, and any other content each time. Without a subscription, each download is for a single recipient. View subscription plans.

Yes, subscriptions renew automatically each month (or year for annual plans). You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard — you keep full access until the end of the current billing period with no mid-period cutoffs. No hidden fees or penalties for cancelling.

Your edits are saved in your browser automatically while you work. To save a design permanently to your account so you can return to it from any device, click Download Now → Unlimited Recipients and choose an Issuer or Academy Pro plan. Once subscribed, your design is saved to your Issuer Dashboard and you can re-open, edit, and re-issue it any time.

Sign in at clevercertificates.com/issuer/signin using the email address you purchased with. Your saved designs will be in your Issuer Dashboard. If you purchased a single-download (Web or Print Pack), check your email for a download link, or contact our support team with your email address and we'll resend it.

Yes — a subscription works on top of templates you own. Here's how it works in three steps:

1. Browse and buy a certificate template ($4.50–$44.99 one-time). Edit it free in the editor, then purchase to unlock it.
2. Subscribe to an Issuer or Academy Pro plan. All templates you have ever purchased are unlocked automatically — you do not need to re-buy them.
3. Issue unlimited certificates. Re-issue any of your templates to as many recipients as you like, with 300 DPI Print Pack quality every time.
