If you have already purchased templates in the past, subscribing immediately unlocks all of them — you do not need to re-buy anything. Browse templates →
When you buy a template ($4.50–$44.99) you get one certificate for one recipient — download and done. A plan lets you re-issue that same template to unlimited recipients, adds verification, QR codes, and a public issuer profile. The template purchase and the plan are separate — you always buy the template; the plan is the infrastructure on top.
No. One-time purchases are locked to the original recipient after download. An Issuer or Academy Pro plan is required to re-edit and re-issue the same template to new recipients.
Your saved designs are archived in read-only mode for 90 days after cancellation. You can reactivate your subscription at any time during that window to regain full access. After 90 days, archived designs are permanently deleted.
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard. You keep full plan access until the end of your current billing period — no mid-period cutoffs.
Recipients get a public verification page showing the certificate details, recipient name, issue date, and your verified issuer profile. They can share it to LinkedIn, download it, or copy the link. Academy Pro subscribers can also add their brand logo to the verification page.
Templates priced over $20 are premium designs available for individual purchase. Any subscriber can purchase premium templates at the listed price.
No. Template prices and plan prices are shown clearly. You pay for the template separately from the plan. No setup fees, no overage charges, no surprises.
Existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current rate and plan features. You will receive an email when your plan is migrated to the new structure with details and any savings. Nothing changes until you hear from us.
